No — Coivas does not require insurance. We operate on a simple self-pay model with transparent, all-inclusive pricing which includes your medical evaluation, ongoing provider support, secure messaging through the Coivas portal, and medication shipping when prescribed.
Our goal is to make high-quality care straightforward, accessible, and predictable — without the hassle of insurance approvals or hidden fees. HSA and FSA reimbursement may be available depending on your plan.

They are able to dispense medications and maintain a license in 45 US states. Unfortunately, they cannot dispense sterile compounds and do not have a license in the following US states: California, Nevada, New Jersey, Alabama, and Arkansas.
